Manor Mill Gallery invites Students & Instructors of the past and present to submit their work to our second annual “Made at the Mill” Exhibition! All eligible submissions will be accepted into this wonderful display of creativity within our beautiful gallery spaces.

Submissions are OPEN for this year’s exhibit!

Exhibit Dates: February 1-9, 2025

Opening Reception/ Made at the Mill Day: Sunday, Feb. 2, 12-3PM

Closing Reception: Sunday Feb. 9, 5-6PM

Labeling Artwork:

In addition to completing the online form, all physical works must be clearly labeled with:

“Artists Name, Title of Work, & Sales Price” (ex. John Doe, “Leaves of Fall”, $800)

For sale artwork is encouraged. Please consider Manor Mill’s 60%/40% commission when creating a for sale price, or mark work “Not for Sale” if you must.

All 2D work must be wired and ready to hang on our rod and hook hanging system. Sawtooth hangers usually work fine too. No nails or screws may be used on our gallery walls. 3D works will be placed on pedestals.

Artwork Drop-Off & Pick-Up Dates

Drop-Off Work:

  • Sunday, January 26, 6:30-8pm

  • Monday, January 27, 9am-4pm

Pick-Up Work:

  • Sunday, February 9, 6-7:30pm (Following the Closing Reception/Artist Meet Up from 5-6pm)

  • Monday, February 10, 9am-4pm

All students & instructors are responsible for picking up their work during the designated pick-up times listed. Work will become the property of Manor Mill if the maker is unresponsive and fails to retrieve their work within 72 hours of the end of the exhibit.

Details/Insurance:

All work submitted will be accepted, and we have the right to use any of the images submitted for publicity that would lend itself to represent your work and that of Manor Mill. The artist will retain the copyright of these images.

All work must remain in the gallery during the length of the exhibition. ALL reasonable measures will be taken to safeguard the contents of all exhibits while on the property. No insurance coverage will be provided for artwork, and Manor Mill will not be responsible for loss or damage to any artwork. Participation in the Gallery constitutes agreement with the condition set forth here. The artist and any staff associated with the art exhibition will hold Manor Mill, LLC and its staff harmless from any wear, damage, destruction or theft of exhibited items.

Awards & Prizes Available!

Visitors to the the gallery will vote on their favorite artworks via our paper voting system from Saturday, February 1st through Thursday, February 6th. Awards will be announced on Friday, February 7th on social media and by email. Physical works will be marked with first, second, and third place ribbons. The student and instructor artwork that receives the highest number of votes will earn a “Best of Show” award. Regardless of the vote tally, the real prize is the joy of showing at Manor Mill Gallery!
