Woodturning: Make a Bowl

Turn a piece of beautiful wood into a handmade bowl! On a high-end Laguna Midi lathe, Jim Prinkey will show you how to turn a of block of wood into a small, polished bowl you can take home. This class is offered to those who have previously taken the introductory course to wood turning. 2 spots left!

JAZZ! Brandon Woody’s Upendo

Baltimore native Brandon Woody was referred to as an artist on the rise in the region by the Baltimore Sun in 2015 at the age of 17. Since then, Woody has gone on to become an international artist, performing with his band, Upendo.

Join Weis-Bohlen for a 2-hour writing workshop. You do not need to be a writer to experience the power of the prompt, and time to write and share with new friends. These sessions are a great way to learn about the Gateless Method of writing.

Ukulele: Absolute Beginners

If you've always wanted to play a Ukulele but didn't know where to start THIS is the workshop for you. Get started with Ukulele basics with this fun class. Learn ukulele anatomy; how to tune; basic chords and the proper technique in holding your instrument. By the end of the class, you'll be playing simple songs and having fun! Available for ages 10 and up!
